We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order for the item you want.
EU Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If your order is shipped to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without giving a reason, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and includes proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
